We want you to love your order! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@animealters.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right immediately.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
