📦 Shipping & Processing


How fast do you ship?
Pretty fast! Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day or next day. If you’re in California, you might be surprised how quickly your order arrives!

How long does delivery take?
Domestic US orders generally arrive within 2–5 days after shipping. International orders typically take 1–3 weeks depending on your location and local customs.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Just keep in mind international orders can take 1–3 weeks and may be subject to local customs fees which are outside of our control.

How are the cards packaged?
Every card is packaged with protection in mind. Your order will arrive safely secured so it reaches you in perfect condition.

What games do you make alters and proxies for?
We currently make custom alters and proxies for Riftbound, Star Wars Unlimited, and Flesh and Blood. We’re always expanding so keep an eye on the shop for new additions!


Can I use these in tournaments?
These are custom proxy cards intended for casual and collector use only. Most official tournaments do not allow proxy cards, so please check with your local game store or tournament organizer before bringing them to a competitive event. Just carry the originals with you just incase! I know Flesh and Blood and Riftbound allows you to use whatever token cards you want though so those should be okay. Other than that, they’re perfect for casual play, kitchen table games, and showing off at locals though!


Are these official cards?
No. All products are custom fan-made alters and proxies. They are not official products and are not produced, endorsed, or affiliated with any TCG publisher.

Do you take commissions?
We don’t currently offer full custom commissions, but we absolutely love hearing suggestions and requests! If there’s a character, champion, or card you’d love to see in the shop, reach out and let us know. No promises, but your suggestion might just inspire the next listing!

I have a specific card in mind — can you make it?
Send us a message with your idea! We take note of every request and popular suggestions often make their way into the shop. The more people ask for something, the more likely it is to happen.

What is your return policy?
Your happiness is our priority. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, just reach out and we’ll work something out together. We want every customer to love what they receive.


My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us right away with a photo of the damage and we’ll make it right. We take great care in packaging every order but sometimes things happen in transit.
